New Year, Better You.

With the new year coming faster than any of us are ready for, we will begin to see the ever popular “New year, new me” posts.

We then will see an increase in gym traffic and healthy habits for a few weeks to a couple of months and then back to the norm.


We journey down this path of all or nothing. 5-7 days a week in the gym. 100% clean diets. No alcohol. No sugar.

This is not sustainable for most people. What we need is consistency.

Make smaller, more attainable, healthier choices over a time and the changes will become your new normal.

Don’t just eliminate all the unhealthy foods/drinks in your life right away. Instead, try replacing one or two at a time for a few days to weeks, and repeat. This will help in creating a routine that you can grow into.
